We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SQA manager to join the development of groundbreaking products in the Advanced R&D department, which develops the company's future products with innovative technologies. The position includes responsibility for leading and managing the SQA team, ensuring high quality and best quality assurance practices in our products during prototype development, feasibility tests and examination of compliance with the design requirements. The SQA Manager will work closely as part of the development team with cross-functional teams, including QA/RA and customer support, to identify and resolve quality issues, implement process improvements, and ensure that our software products meet or exceed customer expectations. The SQA team is responsible for supporting the AR&D demos, pre-clinical studies and ongoing development activities. This role also involves mentoring and developing team members, setting performance goals, and ensuring that the SQA team is aligned with the overall business objectives. **Qualifications** + At least 5 years of experience in similar roles as a software testing manager + Work experience in a medical device company. + Previous experience in testing and integration of multidisciplinary systems + Experience in manual software testing + Experience in writing STP, STR, STD documents. + Great human relations, leadership abilities, multitasking and creativity
