AR Manager-Accounting
**Job Responsibilities** Sales and Accounts Receivables (Daily/Month End Closing) + Monitor sales movement / AR balance in stores and eCommerce order management. + Reconcile AR balance in all systems involved. + Review journal entries. + Creating accounting estimates relating to AR and sales. + Prepare documents on sales and AR and explain as necessary to auditors. + Develop AR aging analysis reports. + Make cash forecast related to sales transactions and monitor forecast and actual + Support boutique operations by responding to inquiries from boutiques or other departments. + Assist in the improvement in internal controls. + Manage TB files for closing and reconcile errors / discrepancies. + Support team members in other accounting processes. + Special projects as required. **Key Accountabilities** AR work: journal entries (approximately 150/month), reconciliations, monthly reporting, audit and tax requirements, closing tasks, cash forecasts (80%) Boutique support: support for financial operations, store openings and others (10%) Administrative work and work improvements (10%) **Qualifications/Primary Job Requirements** + Minimum 5 years of experience in finance. + Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Commerce) + Certified Professional Accountant or Certified Tax Accountant (plus). + Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulatory requirements. + Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet the deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential. + Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills. + Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments. + English – Business Level. **Job Identification** : 61482 **Job Category:** : Finance **Assignment Category** : Regular Full-time **Remote Positions** : Flexible **Professional Experience** : Minimum 5 Years Equal Opportunity Employer
