Ferrellgas is seaking out a Accounts Receivable Shared Services Support Specialist to join the Finance team! The AR Shared Services Support Specialist role is responsible for identifying accounts with an aging balance, specifically focusing on Auto Fill customers who are on Credit Hold Past due and have a Delivery date within the next 30 days.

May require direct communication with customers to resolve.Responds to customer inquiries regarding any payment application issue.Handles outbound calls to customers regarding their Credit Hold Past due status.Troubleshoots and produces quick resolution.Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while communicating with internal and external stakeholders.In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the Accounts Receivable Shared Services Support Specialist may be assigned other duties as necessary or requested by the management team Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent experience required1+ years’ related experience.High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with running reports and analyzing data.Ability to navigate through customer databases and understand customer account information.Previous experience in collections or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in using case management systems or customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Salesforce/PeopleSoft experience preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United StatesApplicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
