Job Summary: Panelmatic is seeking a detail-oriented candidate who will perform and coordinate various accounts receivable (AR) and accounting duties within our organization to fit into our dynamic team. The accounts receivable (AR) specialist will report directly to the Controller. Panelmatic offers a challenging, rewarding, and fun work experience. Job Duties: · Generate, input, and send invoices to customers accurately and timely · Monitor customer accounts and follow up or take appropriate actions on overdue accounts · Foster relationships and coordinate with customers and co-workers to resolve any billing issues · Input and reconcile payments to ensure accuracy and completeness · Investigate and resolve customer queries related to invoices and payments · Collaborate with internal teams to streamline AR processes and improve efficiency · Compile weekly, month-end, and year-end reports and charts for review · Asset in cash management and reconciliations · Provide support and advice to management including efficiency, automation, and spending opportunities · Aid with month-end closing activities such as journal entries and other ad hoc projects as needed Requirements Minimum Qualifications: · Three or more years in AR required · Three or more years of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines required · Three or more years of customer collection experience required · Strong Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel required · Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required · Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required · Growth mindset with the ability to adapt and accept challenges required · Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required · Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more required · Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four-plus hours at a time required · Alignment with company core values required Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred · Accounts receivable process development experience preferred · Experience working in ERP systems preferred, Infor Syteline experience preferred · Experience with multi-site manufacturing preferred Benefits Benefits: + Medical, dental, vision, HSA, term life, AD&D, STD, LTD + 100% medical premium paid for by Panelmatic for the employee-only level medical coverage + 80% paid for by Panelmatic and 20% paid for by the employee on all other level medical coverage (i.e., employee plus child, employee plus spouse, and family) + 401K and bonus + Scholarships, educational reimbursement, paid volunteerism, and paid personal and professional development provided + PTO and paid holidays provided + Career advancement opportunities + Competitive wages + Family-friendly environment with average employee tenure above five years
