Responsibilities Never stop learning: our team is better when you are betterSafety: keep yourself and your co-workers safeOperate and maintain chippers, chainsaws, mowers, and all other equipment safelyLearn and demonstrate high safety standardsTree and shrub care, turf care, maintenance of mulched areasProper application and timing for Pest/Disease suppression materialsAssistance with nursery and greenhouse operationsAs needed assistance with research trials: planning, implementation, process, data harvesting, terminationResponsible for carrying out other duties as assigned by the Crew Leader or designated supervisor, or Local Manager Qualifications Teachable attitudeA passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoorsAbility to pass a criminal background checkAt least one (1) year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industryValid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (Class B CDL preferred)Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
