Summary of the Amusement Manager position
The Amusement Manager will be responsible for leadership within the Andretti Indoor Karting & Games Amusement areas on a daily basis. Their area of expertise and focus will be the Arcade, Bowling and Laser Tag operational areas and employee teams. Responsibilities will include troubleshooting all of the arcade games as well as parts ordering and repairing all of the arcade games. Additional responsibilities include arcade layout and placement, staffing, scheduling & training of hourly staff, cost control, service standards, operational procedures & policies, guest relations, staff motivation, all with a focus on safety and security.
The Amusement Manager will primarily be responsible for the Arcade, bowling and laser tag departments but will support all AIKG operations. They will work closely with the unit GM and the AIKG Amusement support team. They will work to create an environment that encourages an ownership mindset and accountability by all Team Members.

Lead team members with integrity and purposeEmpower staff to deliver exceptional legendary serviceAlways support the Andretti Indoor Karting and Games Motto “Striving for Perfection; Achieving Excellence”Repair and maintenance of all arcade games as well as VR, bowling, and laser tagManage arcade operations: staffing, scheduling, repair and maintenance, cleanliness, organization, service timing, and quality productResponsible for the ongoing development of staffProvide direct and honest feedback to arcade staff regarding individual performanceManage staff training and employee relationsAssure that staff morale is maintained at a high levelTake an active part in the recruitment and retention of arcade staffAccountable to maximize daily sales and effectively manage costs, labor and cash controlManage arcade department labor costs within acceptable budgetsEnsure the arcade area site inspections are within acceptable standardsManage organization and cleanliness of the arcade areaWork closely with Sales Department to ensure proper scheduling and planning for EventsOversee, maintain and inventory areas of unit equipmentAndretti Indoor Karting & Games is growing rapidly with locations throughout the US supported by corporate offices in Orlando and Atlanta.
