JOB SUMMARY:
It is the primary responsibility of the Shift Supervisor to supervise, train, and support staff to maintain the customer service standards that are required. All duties are to be performed according to departmental and Caesars Entertainment policies, practices and procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Supervise all personnel and money. Train all Team members on games and redemption. Observe game areas for irregular conduct by operators or guests. Check cards on all high-end merchandise redeemed in redemption. Report all incidents or accidents to shift Manager. Handle complaints from guests and Team members. Maintain records of hours worked for each TM. Maintain control of inventory on floor. Maintain equipment and advise if repairs are necessary. Maintain player card levels in all kiosk and pusher games. Performs other job related duties as assigned. Perform daily shift report highlighting guest interaction, incidents, accidents, daily revenues or any other issues that can reflect negatively to the company, when manager not able.QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to train and supervise staff. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationship with staff and customers. Must be able to communicate effectively in English, in both written and oral forms. Ability to perform basic math. Ability to distinguish letters or symbols. Must have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with guests. Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance, adhering to Company Standards. Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent is required. 1 year of Amusement/Arcade experience preferred
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Mobility and dexterity to bend, crouch, turn, and reach overhead. The physical ability to stand and/or walk continuously for duration of shift. Must be able to tolerate areas containing dust, loud noises and bright lights. Must be able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke.
