Description We are in search of an Archer Developer in the Professional Services industry, located in Tampa, Florida. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. The key responsibilities for this role include developing and integrating applications, maintaining workspaces and dashboards, and ensuring seamless data processes. Responsibilities • Develop applications utilizing your expertise in Archer and RSA Archer. • Integrate Archer with other systems such as Snowflake and ProcessUnity to enhance functionality and user experience. • Maintain and update workspaces and dashboards regularly to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Manage data feeds and data imports, ensuring data integrity and consistency. • Respond to and resolve any issues related to the developed applications. • Monitor and update customer records regularly. • Take appropriate action on monitoring customer accounts. • Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally. • Ensure seamless data processes by maintaining notifications and integrations. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the professional services industry • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field • Proficiency in Archer and RSA Archer platforms • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven record of managing projects and meeting deadlines • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices • Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
