About this role

Sydney-based practice known for its innovative and sustainable design approach, is seeking a skilled project architect to join the team. You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across the Housing sector.

Key responsibilities

Contribute to the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion Prepare architectural drawings, specifications, and other documentation Collaborate with project teams, including external consultants and contractors Ensure adherence to design standards, building codes, and regulations Ensure delivery of high-quality work using ArchiCAD Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and identify any risks or changes in scope/ variations 

Skills and experience

Relevant Architecture degree or equivalent qualification Proven local experience demonstrated in folio of work samples Proficiency in ArchiCAD Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Operating at a level equal to 6-8+ years of professional experience  Strong understanding of architectural principles, local construction methods, and building codes Excellent communication and teamwork skills; managing multiple tasks simultaneously
