We specialize in Oracle Fusion Cloud services, including Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Human Capital Management, supporting clients through every stage of implementation, upgrades, and optimization. Hybrid Role: a combination of remote and onsite work, where the role alternates between working in office or client site and remotely.

As an Architect, Oracle Cloud Financials, you will shape the future of consulting when you:

Conduct Discovery Sessions/Workshops to understand and document current business practices and future goals

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to financial processes and systems

Design Oracle Financials Cloud solutions based on the gathered requirements

Configure and customize Oracle Financials Cloud modules to align with client-specific business processes

Assist/guide tech lead in designing data conversions, custom reports, and interface programs between Oracle Cloud Application and external system and/or internal third-party systems

Develop and execute test plans to ensure the Oracle Financials Cloud solution meets the specified requirements

Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing

Provide training to end-users on the usage of Oracle Financials Cloud modules

Offer post-implementation support and address any issues or concerns raised by users

Create and maintain documentation related to configuration, processes, and customizations

Prepare user manuals and training materials

Stay informed about Oracle Financials Cloud updates, patches, and new features

Recommend and implement improvements to optimize financial processes

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams

Support and manage all functional aspects of a project through different phases of the project life cycle: requirement gathering, planning, system design and architecture, unit testing, CRPs, SIT, UAT, documentation, training, go-live cutover, and hyper care

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Ability to lead many aspects of a project simultaneously

Required

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience

Oracle Cloud ERP(Financials) functional professional (Oracle Cloud or EBS) as an individual contributor or team lead on at least 3-4 full cycle implementations

Experience in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance solutions using Oracle Cloud Applications

6-10 years of hands-on experience implementing ERP modules including:

Accounts Receivable

Accounts Payable

Fixed Assets

General Ledger

Procurement

Cash Management

Expenses

Projects

Demonstrated experience as a consulting resource assisting in defining business process strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, and client user training

Cloud Certified in Oracle FIN modules is preferred

Experience working in onsite-offshore model

Demonstrated success in executing or substantially contributing to Oracle Cloud implementation

Participation in improvement projects with a defined business impact

Very strong verbal communication skills including the ability to interact with executive staff

Strong written communication skills

Professional demeanor

Ability to travel 50%

The estimated base salary for this job is $160,000.00 - $185,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $184,000 - $231,250.  The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
