QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of BS Architecture At least 2 years with Computer-Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) With basic background in Revit.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Prepare architectural CAD drawing requirements for sales and marketing, for permit up to construction that are aligned with design standards, project concepts and budget Prepare conceptual design studies for cost analysis. Monitor drawing deliverables and facilitates production output based on weekly target of Design Production Team Propose improvements to standard design and detail Research cost of architectural materials/ finishes and accessories for D&E’s database and /or for Management approval.
