Key responsibilities

Project architect responsibilities Lead a team and liaise with client and internal senior management both in Sydney and Europe Contribute to and support design excellence Work across commercial, education , civic and other typologies Ensure the timely delivery of the project from early stages to completion Develop design options and ideas both individually and in collaboration Work on construction stage documentation Industry knowledge of Australian building standards, codes, and practices

Skills and experience

Completed qualifications in Architecture including registration Excellent Revit skills Excellent client facing skills including liaising with directors and consultants Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a team Experience in seeing a project from inception to completion, including all documentation processes and tenders, specification writing and contract administration Experience in education projects beneficial Knowledge of relevant local building codes and legislation Exceptional communication skills
