Job Title: Architect

Job Description

We are searching for a licensed architect with a degree from a NAAB-accredited program to create architectural models in Revit and manage historic/preservation architectural projects. You will take projects from schematic design through to construction administration for commercial projects ranging in size from 5,000 to 50,000 square feet. You will be responsible for finished plans, specifications, and material approvals under the direction of a designer. You will also perform project programming and analysis, site surveys, and documentation. The ideal candidate is eager for feedback, takes direction well, and provides team leadership in producing quality construction documents. Proficiency and understanding of IBC, accessibility, and local zoning codes in Utah are essential.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Salt Lake City, Utah and some days remote.

Work Environment

Hybrid schedule of 3 days at home and 2 days in the office (after an initial 90-day period of 5 days in the office). In-office days are project team dependent. Flexible start and end hours, with 'base' hours of 8 am to 5 pm, starting up to 2 hours before or after 8 am.
