Roles and Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

· Create architectural designs based on client needs, budget, and timeline.

· Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and blueprints using AutoCAD or similar software.

· Ensure that all designs comply with building regulations and standards.

· Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to implement designs.

· Monitor the progress of construction projects to ensure adherence to design specifications.

· Conduct site visits to assess potential construction challenges and provide solutions.

· Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs.

· Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders and make revisions as needed.

· Contribute to the overall success and growth of the architecture department at Adani.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
