Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage teams on substantial architectural and interior projects focusing on refurbishments and extensions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary design team to develop innovative and creative design solutions. Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and technical documentation. Work closely with contractors on-site to ensure high-quality finishes. Flexibly manage projects independently or as part of a large team.

Skills & Experience:

Fully qualified architect with significant years post-Part III experience. Experience at a boutique or high-end studio working on quality and well crafted projects with an emphasis on interiors and refurbishment.  Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainable design principles. Proficiency AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Rhino. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about pushing design boundaries.
