Key Responsibilities

Oversee project development from concept through construction Manage small-medium sized projects autonomously Manage coordination of large projects with the director Produce detailed architectural drawings and documentation Able to check design and documentation packages of junior team members Contribute to processes to ensure the compliance of project quality standards Ensure projects meet relevant regulatory standards Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants Stay updated on industry trends and technologies

Skills and Experience

Relevant degree/studies in Architecture Strong design and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Prior experience working on high-end residential projects Capability to lead coordination and manage a project through all stages High-quality detailing and delivery skills Vectorworks and Sketchup essential, Enscape a bonus
