Role description:

This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally. The GEC brings key capabilities and capacity to support our clients seamlessly around the world. Role accountabilities:

Assisting in the development of design concepts, permit, and technical phases. Ability to produce solutions that meet the client and project needs, while ensuring code, accessibility, and functional requirements are implemented. Preparing drawing package, including all relevant plans, elevations, details, schedules, and specifications to generate detailed design solutions. Conceptualize and describe design ideas through sketches and 3D visualization. Researching material and building codes. Collaborate with other team members and disciplines to ensure project success.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture. Experience in Revit and TwinMotion or Enscape required. Experience with AutoCAD required. BIM knowledge is preferred Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) is preferred. Experience with Sketch Up, Rhino, Grasshopper, and Dynamo is preferred. Strong graphic, presentation, and writing skills. English language advanced skills. Experience in wood frame constructions, residential or other type, is required. Ability to work independently, and in teams depending on the size of the projects and task.
