Role description:
Advance Process Manufacturing Architecture is the dedicated team that supports the business area working on life sciences and semiconductor projects and collaborates with globally. The team is seeking to grow in numbers and is bringing onboard an Architect I. This role will be responsible in managing technical aspects of smaller and/or less complex tasks or components of larger tasks, meeting financial, quality, time frame and health and safety objectives.
Role accountabilities:
Perform role in accordance with Arcadis behavioral framework Take responsibility for own safety and understand Arcadis Health and Safety Principles Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure the integrity of project interfaces Prepare documentation and reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with Arcadis requirements and relevant national standards and codes of practice. Plan assigned project work and allocate work to ensure timely delivery and effective utilization of resources. Monitor the performance of team members, identifying and ensuring any issues are resolved. Develop effective working relationships with the Task Manager and other internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of progress, changes and the resolution of issues. Coach, guide and provide technical advice to junior team members, to support them in their delivery of the project and in their professional development. Prepare BIM models as per project requirements. Develop working drawings for all projects mainly using Revit with some AutoCAD You will work closely with the GEC project Architect team lead and collaborate with other disciplines to ensure the integrity of project interfaces. Responsible coordinating and communication within the production team Review own work to ensure that it meets specified standards before checking by others. Keeping up to date on construction practices, products, codes and technologyQualifications & Experience:
Registered Architect with demonstrable experience on wide range of complex projects at different stages. Minimum 7 years of experience architecture design works Experience in life sciences and semiconductor project is an advantage Proficient in architectural design, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks. Knowledgeable in clash detection is an advantage Familiar with the ACC platform Excellent communication and time management skills Familiar with US and EU codes is preferred. Ability to contribute to the team’s digital initiative and automation of processes Relevant exposure to projects that involved multi-disciplinary collaboration.Why Arcadis?
