Experience:
15+ years of experience in PLM solutions and practice leadership, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale PLM implementations. Strong background in PLM platforms (e.g., PTC Windchill, Dassault Systems, Siemens Teamcenter, Autodesk Vault, etc.). Experience in designing, architecting, and implementing PLM solutions across multiple industries such as manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, energy, etc. Expertise in integration of PLM with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. Prior experience managing and leading teams in a consulting or delivery capacity. Experience in client-facing roles, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering value-driven solutions.
Skills:
Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes, data management, and product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to define and articulate complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of PLM industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends. Certifications:
PLM or relevant solution certifications (e.g., PTC Windchill Certified, Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault Systems, etc.) are a plus. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, etc.) are a plus.
