Job Description – POSITION DESCRIPTION

Manager, Application Testing (Automation) EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED:

•       Minimum of 15 years in IT industry with focus on testing of complex business systems.

•       Minimum of 10 years in QA or SDET role, with focus on white box testing and QA automation.

•       Expert knowledge and minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with QA tools such as Selenium, Test NG, Cypress, WATIR, JMeter, Postman, SOAP UI and Junit.

•       Strong knowledge and hands on experience with GitHub, Jira, TestRail, Zephyr

•       Should have experience in UI and API testing.

•       Working knowledge and minimum of 3 years of hands-on development experience in technologies such as Python, Ruby, .NET, C#, and RDBMs such as MS SQL.

•       Strong SQL skills

•       Knowledge of ETL tools such as SSIS, Informatics and ETL testing

•       Should have experience in creating automated regression testing suite and integrating with CI/CD pipeline.

•       Proven experience with test script development and execution preferably in a Microsoft .Net / MS SQL Server environment

•       Should have experience in load/performance testing.

•       Should have knowledge in security/penetration testing.

•       Minimum 5 years in leading SDET and QA teams in an agile software development environment • Understanding of UI/UX practices and their application to development of web systems.

•       Exposure to Azure/AWS cloud environment

•       Knowledge of documentation systems such as Confluence & Wiki

•       Experience in working with high transaction / high throughput business systems.

•       Experience in working in the Healthcare Industry
