Role description:
Work as an integrated member of the delivery team, supporting the collection and analysis of data, development of design solutions, and documenting the findings. Coordinate with the project team Support the management of one account or projectRole accountabilities:
Perform role in accordance with Arcadis behavioural framework. Promote Arcadis Health and Safety Principles during the planning and delivery of work. Achieves project objectives as defined for each project via project appraisals, including collection and analysis of data, development of design solutions, and development of written reports. Project Planning – act as a project resource, completing allocated activities to meet budget, timeframe, and quality objectives and meeting or exceeding client expectations. Project Delivery – identify information sources and collect data to support project delivery. Analyse data and develop design solutions. Project Development – contribute to and progress the development of ideas and offer alternative solutions to advance the project. Quality – review work carried out by colleagues to ensure that it meets specified standards. Networking/ Client Focus – liaise with PM/TL and client to ensure effective communication on project matters.Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent Preferably achieved Licensed status or equivalent Competent in design and planning skills relevant to the area of work and awareness of related disciplines Experience working on Mercantile, Retail, Commercial, and Mixed-Use projects At least 5 years of architectural design experience with strong retail/ commercial design capability Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Has effective technical documentation, project management, and client relationship management Proficiency in computer applications, visualization, and communication tools commonly used within own applicable disciplines, such as Revit, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effects/Premiere Pro, Enscape or other 3D visualization software Knowledge in AutoCADWhy Arcadis?
