Job Title: Architect Job Captain / Project Architect
Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architect Job Captain or Project Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a professional architectural degree and be either a licensed architect or an unlicensed captain. This role involves developing designs, producing construction documents, and coordinating consultant efforts.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and refine architectural designs.Produce detailed construction documents.Coordinate efforts with consultants to ensure project alignment.Review RFI and submittals, revise drawings, and create supplemental construction phase documents.Ensure effective team communication and collaboration to execute the project successfully.Engage with clients regarding project status and, where applicable, act in the capacity of a Project Manager.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.Strong project coordination and administration skills.Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel.Effective document control and customer service abilities.Capability to schedule meetings and provide administrative support.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to multi-task effectively.Experience in architectural design and construction documentation.Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.Licensed architect preferred, but unlicensed captains are also considered.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $42.00/hr.
