**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Architect Manager – Luxury Assets** . In this role, you will lead the architectural design and delivery of high-end luxury projects, ensuring that all aspects of the design meet the highest standards of luxury, aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. This role requires a seasoned architect with a deep understanding of luxury asset design, capable of translating visionary concepts into architectural realities while managing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Lead the architectural design and management of luxury asset projects, ensuring alignment with Soudah Development vision and brand identity.
+ Develop and implement architectural policies, plans, and best practices specifically tailored to luxury developments.
+ Provide strategic input on the selection of materials, finishes, and technologies that enhance the luxury appeal and sustainability of projects.
+ Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and clients, to ensure the smooth flow of vital information and alignment of project objectives.
+ Translate complex design aspirations into feasible architectural solutions while maintaining the highest standards of luxury and functionality.
+ Ensure that all architectural designs meet organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.
+ Review and approve architectural designs and documents, ensuring compliance with luxury design standards, applicable building codes, and QA/QC systems.
+ Manage and guide all phases of the architectural design process, from concept through to completion, ensuring that all deliverables meet the project’s luxury aspirations.
+ Prepare and manage RFP documents for architectural services, ensuring that all proposals meet the required standards for luxury developments.
+ Provide technical assistance during pre-bid conferences, proposal evaluations, and post-award contract conferences.
+ Review and approve architectural design deliverables, ensuring they meet the luxury standards expected by clients.
+ Conduct site inspections as necessary to ensure the design is executed to the highest standards and resolves any design-related issues that may arise during construction.
+ Oversee and ensure the integration of cutting-edge architectural technologies and sustainable practices in luxury projects.
+ Lead Value Engineering workshops to optimize luxury design without compromising quality or aesthetic value.
+ Provide expertise and guidance on any design or scope changes that may arise, ensuring they enhance the luxury experience.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture; a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
+ Minimum of +20 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong portfolio of completed luxury projects.
+ Proven ability to lead and manage complex luxury projects, from design through to delivery.
+ Deep understanding of luxury design standards, materials, and construction methods.
+ Advanced proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
+ Experience with high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
+ Strong knowledge of sustainable design practices and their application in luxury developments.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including interior designers, structural engineers, and contractors.
+ Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, local authority requirements, and international codes/standards, especially as they pertain to luxury assets.
