**What you’ll do:** + Ability to create new/adjacent solutions/services in the IoT space in order to enhance the customer life time value of the products in the Eaton portfolio + Act as a technical mentor and expert tech reviewer in domain. Review and approve Architecture/Design proposals based on requirements/statement of work and present to stakeholders/customers + Continuously develop and contribute to enhancing the technical capabilities of the teams to provide best in class design in line with present and future business needs + Influencing role in the creation of technology road map based on Product/COE Strategy globally and deploy them within the group and build organization’s capability + Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders , ecosystem partners to enhance the value proposition and quality of the engineering deliverables **Qualifications:** • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science/Electronics Engineering from an accredited institution required. **Skills:** + Proven 15+ total software industry experience, with focus towards mobile app development with iOS and Android platforms. + Strong SW domain expertise and proven track record of creating solution architecture (fit for purpose) for IoT based products Mobile App Architecture: + Strong proficiency in mobile app architecture design and development, with focus on performance, security, stability and maintainability. + Experience with multiple programming languages, such as Swift, Objective C, Kotlin, Java, and/or React Native. + Exeperience with modern deisgn patterns used with mobile application architecture. + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. + Familiarity with cloud services and backend integration for mobile apps. Technical Leadership: + Technically, lead a team of mobile developers through reviews, mentoring and technical guidance + Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers. + CI/CD pipeline constructs /architectures for Dev/ML ops + TDD and BDD techniques + SW craftsmanship techniques for “clean code” architectures + Innovation Leadership - Is good at bringing the creative ideas of others to market, has good judgment about which creative ideas and suggestions will work, Has a sense about managing the creative process
