What will you be doing?

As a senior technical role that blends architectural leadership with hands-on development, aimed at delivering scalable and high-impact service solutions that align with client business needs. An expert Salesforce professional with a consistent track record in leading teams, delivering Salesforce and ServiceMax solutions, and optimizing systems for performance, scalability, and security.Architect & Design Solutions: Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions, including Salesforce Service Cloud, Lightning, and ServiceMax. Ensure that these platforms meet business needs, are scalable, and integrate seamlessly with the existing IT infrastructure.End-to-End Delivery: Supervise all phases of platform implementations, including requirement gathering, design, development, integration, testing, and deployment. Lead technical teams to drive solutions from inception to delivery.Client Collaboration: Work closely with business customers, executives, and IT teams to define requirements and ensure that Salesforce & ServiceMax solutions align with business objectives.Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor teams of technical architects, developers, and consultants. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning to ensure that team members continue to grow and enhance their skills.Integration Expertise: Lead design and implementation of complex integrations between Salesforce, ServiceMax, and other enterprise systems (ERP, legacy systems, etc.), using APIs and middleware platforms such as MuleSoft. Middleware integration expertise is essential for this role.Salesforce & ServiceMax Expertise: Leverage your deep knowledge of Salesforce ServiceCloud, Field Service Lightning, ServiceMax, and eCommerce solutions to design and implement solutions that optimize field service operations and customer engagement.Cloud & Security Best Practices: Ensure solutions and follow standard processes in cloud security, data privacy, and scalability. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement strong security policies across the platforms.Salesforce Customization & Development: Lead customization efforts on Salesforce Lightning components, with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations with ServiceMax.Optimization & Solve: Fix complex technical challenges, optimize solutions for scalability, and reliability, ensuring high-quality delivery.Governance & Compliance: Ensure that all solutions adhere to organizational governance models and industry standard processes for data management and security.An individual who can work efficiently in a collaborative environment and foster teamwork with their peer group, their team and with business / functional leaders.

What will you need to be successful?

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.Certification/Licenses: Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, and additional certifications in ServiceMax or other Salesforce specialties are highly desirable.Operating Mode: Hybrid: Work from office: 2 days in a week.Experience: Extensive Salesforce & ServiceMax Expertise: 7+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, with specific expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and ServiceMax.Integration Experience (Middleware Required): 5 + years of proven ability in designing and implementing integrations using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), Apex, middleware platforms as MuleSoft, Cast Iron, or Informatica. Middleware expertise is required.Cloud & Enterprise Architecture: Good understanding of cloud-based solutions and enterprise IT architecture. Hands-on experience designing solutions on the Salesforce and ServiceMax platforms.Advanced Salesforce Customization: Expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and Process Builder.ServiceMax Experience: Experience with ServiceMax implementation, integration, and customization, with a solid understanding of field service management standard methodologies.Data Management & Security: Good knowledge of Salesforce security models, role-based access control (RBAC), and standard methodologies for data governance and management.DevOps & CI/CD Expertise: Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Copado, GitLab, Jenkins, Visual Studio Code, and Salesforce DX for continuous integration and delivery.Agile Methodology: Experience working in agile environments and delivering solutions that meet evolving client requirements.Proficient in building collaborative teams, maintain calm, stay focus and instil that ability in others, and be effective communicator.
