Wiley|Wilson, with 180+ employee-owners across five locations, is seeking a Senior Architect to join our Architecture department in Richmond, VA.\n

In this leadership role, you will oversee and manage complex architectural projects, provide direct supervision and mentoring to design staff, and ensure client satisfaction through exceptional project delivery. You will also collaborate closely with other disciplines to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.\n

What You'll Do\n\nProvide team leadership and coordination with other disciplines.\nSupervise and mentor design staff, including architects and designers.\nLead architectural design efforts from concept through construction.\nServe as the primary client contact, ensuring satisfaction and successful project delivery.\nOversee multiple projects of varying sizes and complexities simultaneously.\nContribute to business development efforts by supporting proposals and presentations.\n\n

Requirements\n\nExperience: 10+ years in all phases of architectural projects, including supervisory roles.\nEducation: Professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch. or M. Arch.) from an NAAB-accredited university.\nCertification: Registered Architect (RA) in Virginia or reciprocity within 3 months of start date.\nSkills: Proficient in Autodesk Revit; ability to mentor staff.\nAttributes: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; adaptable and self-motivated.\n\n

Desirable Qualifications\n\nLEED BD+C credential (highly desired).\nPrevious experience with federal government projects (desired but not required).\n\n
