This top-tier Australian Architecture studio known for their exceptional and multi-award winning public/cultural, residential and commercial buildings are seeking an experienced Architect/Technician to join their team. You must be a confident ArchiCAD user and have experience working through concept to construction documentation. 

Key Responsibilities

Produce documentation with technical excellence and design innovation through all project stages Work across a diversity of sectors and scales Ensure highest quality work standards are maintained Ensure compliance with relevant local codes and regulations Perform assigned tasks independently or as a leader, working within a team Ability to work well with consultants, stakeholders and authorities, and team members Work collaboratively with senior design leader/s Perform designated architectural tasks while meeting project deadlines and budgets

Skills and Experience

Australian working rights Relevant Architectural qualification, registration not essential Local experience on large complex projects across stages Operating at 5-10+ years experience Proven experience delivering projects through all stages Clear communication, verbal and visual Passion for detail and strong technical skills ArchiCAD/BIM proficiency - open to Revit users with strong project coordination experience Quality construction documentation and high level detailing skills Effective time management
