Manages the Architectural Design support program and team, promotes the company to become a key resource for information, education and solutions for the Architectural and Design Community and drive demand for the Company’s products. Increase sales through specifications and establishes a solid strategic base for the Company through driving the program and objectives.  Ensures that inquiries are responded to timely and that the best solution is given to the architects. Tracks progress on program objectives and drives efficiencies to ensure program success.  Responds to complex inquiries by web, email or phone as needed and obtains the necessary information on the project, complete drawings, specifications and facilitates obtaining the bid date to support the project.
