Job Title: Architectural Assistant Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Architectural Assistant to work closely with the president in coordinating project schedules and client meetings. The role involves reviewing Architecture and Engineering documentation and inputting architecture data points for C-level executives using Microsoft Excel and Word. Responsibilities + Coordinate project schedules and client meetings with the president. + Review Architecture and Engineering documentation. + Input architecture data points for C-level executives. + Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for organizational tasks. Essential Skills + Project administration + Scheduling coordination + Experience working for an Architecture & Engineering company (1+ years) + Understanding of Architecture & Engineering documents + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Additional Skills & Qualifications + Architecture + Experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) + Data entry skills Work Environment The position is part-time, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 8am to 12pm. The schedule may vary based on workload. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
