Role description:

Our office in Toronto is looking for an Architectural Co-op Student to join our High-Rise Residential and Living + & Mixed Use Team. In this role, you will be a part of the design team for a very well-established Architecture group. Our High-Rise team has worked on many condo projects in the GTA as well as various other projects across Canada and around the world.

Role accountabilities:

Work under the direct supervision of a senior staff member(s) Work on various stages of current high rise residential or living + & mixed-use projects Assist with putting together presentations materials for Clients

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience working on Schematic, Design and Construction drawing sets is ideal. Proficient with REVIT within a workplace setting. AutoCAD is considered an asset. Knowledge of various drawing software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion). Ability to create Revit families and strong technical detailing skills are considered an asset. Ability to interpret and apply the OBC- experience considered an asset May participate in site visits to the various locations to document and verify measurements Ability to take initiative, work in a fast-paced environment and have effective time-management skills a must. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills

The salary range for this position is $20-33/hour. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
