About this role

Join a thriving new design studio design working across a diverse range of projects and scales. This could be positioned as one or two roles depending on the right person. You will be supporting the Studio Director applying your design skills to early project phases from Schematic to DA stage across multiple jobs ranging from luxury boutique residential to large scale landmark tower projects.

Key responsibilities

Work in the early design phases of projects of varying scales ranging from luxury residential, to hotel, multi-residential and mixed-use towers Use Rhino and other design tools to prepare innovative design schemes Contribute heavily to the overall design to realise the design objectives to surpass client's expectations Work closely with Design Director and autonomously at times Prepare DA packages

Skills and experience

Strong 3D ability in Rhino Passion for using design tools and software Circa 3-10 years’ experience, particularly in design and DA phase Strong attention to detail Proficiency in Revit Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cohesively and collaboratively within a design team Multi-residential/Hotel experience
