Description:

Work with senior staff to understand the scope of work and develop designs appropriate to the budgetWork with project architects, project managers, and engineers and other internal partners to gain information needed for documentation of a project.Prepare design presentations for clients and the brands using a combination of sketches, and design/drafting programs utilized by the industryUnderstand basic building codes and accessibility requirements and be able to implement them in your design presentationAssist in quantity take-offs and budgetsDevelop organizational and requested time management skills and have the ability to multi-task and prioritizeRespond to questions requests by senior staff and outside consultants in a timely, informative mannerAttend project pre-bid and or installations with senior staffGain a basic knowledge of the company programs utilized for design and record keeping and be able to utilise4 these programs on a daily basisTake ownership of tasks assigned and complete them with professionalismPerform other projects and responsibilities as assigned
