Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting detailed construction plans using Revit. You will collaborate closely with the team and communicate effectively to ensure the successful completion of projects. This position requires someone with over 5 years of experience who can confidently handle projects and produce accurate drawings.
ResponsibilitiesDraft detailed construction plans using Revit.Communicate daily with the team and project managers.Work on and understand sheets and drawings such as interior elevations, roof drawings, building section details, and millwork details.Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.Report to the Project Manager and other team leads.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit.5+ years of experience in architectural drafting.Strong understanding of construction documents.Degree in Architecture.Additional Skills & QualificationsBackground in healthcare or commercial space is highly desirable.Familiarity with interior elevations and design.Experience with construction documentation.Work EnvironmentThis role is ideally based in our Rochester, NY office. However, there is flexibility for hybrid work out of our small office in NYC if a local candidate is not available.
