Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Job Captain proficient in Revit or AutoCAD, with a background in commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience in the architecture field, with a strong focus on detailing and construction document sets.
ResponsibilitiesUtilize Revit or AutoCAD for architectural designs and construction documents.Work on a variety of commercial projects, including higher education, industrial, K-12, and retail sectors.Detail and produce construction document sets (CDs).Participate in design development and construction administration.Collaborate with a team to ensure project deadlines are met.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.5-7+ years of experience in the architecture field.Experience with commercial projects.Strong skills in detailing and producing construction document sets.Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in construction administration and design development.Ability to work on multiple types of projects including higher education, industrial, K-12, and retail.Work Environment
This role requires you to work in the office five days a week. Our firm currently has 27 team members and operates as a 'generalist' firm, handling a wide range of projects except residential. You will enjoy a flexible start time structure between 7:30-9:30am and wrap up at 2pm on Fridays after completing a 40-hour workweek. You will have the opportunity to work on consistent, ongoing projects across multiple sectors.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $50.00/hr.
