Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Architectural Job Captain with a strong proficiency in Revit. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in the field and a background or interest in healthcare or life science projects. This role involves engaging with clients, participating in presentations and meetings, and working on projects from Schematic Design to Construction Administration.
ResponsibilitiesProficiently use Revit for project development.Participate in client presentations and meetings.Work on Schematic Design to Construction Administration phases.Draft construction documents and perform construction administration tasks.Engage in client interactions and manage project communication.Utilize AutoCAD and Adobe tools as needed.Contribute to healthcare and life science projects.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit.At least 4 years of architectural experience.Experience with client presentations and meetings.Strong drafting skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with AutoCAD is a plus.Background or interest in healthcare or life science projects.Bachelor's Degree required.Pursuing licensure is a plus.Work Environment
Our firm is based in Providence, Rhode Island, with additional satellite offices in Boston and Connecticut. The Providence office offers stunning views of the skyline, while the Boston office is centrally located in the heart of the city with panoramic views from the 29th floor. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, with opportunities to work closely with Principals and Senior staff. Initially, the role requires full-time office presence until training is complete, after which a flexible schedule may be available. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
