Hill is seeking to employ a Project Manager (Architectural) for a project in Washington, DC to serve as owner’s representatives on the modernization of an unoccupied, historical federal building complex with an expected construction cost of $2.0 billion.  The project is underway and is expected to take at least another three years to finish.
