Job Title: Architectural Project Coordinator Job Description We are looking for an Architectural Project Coordinator to join our Architectural department within an Architectural and Engineering services company. This role involves performing drafting and modeling work on retail and commercial projects. This role is budgeted at 50-70k. Responsibilities + Create and edit construction documents (CDs) + Perform drafting and modeling work for retail and commercial projects + Ensure attention to detail in all tasks + Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Essential Skills + At least 5 years of Revit and Architecture experience post graduation + Experience in creating and editing construction documents + Proficiency in Revit + Must be familiar with family creation, manipulation and customization + Strong attention to detail + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with architectural skills in inline construction and remodeling projects + Architectural experience with restaurant projects is a plus + Proficiency in Revit is a plus + Knowledge of Bricks CAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp is a plus Work Environment This is a heavy hybrid environment for local candidates, only requiring on site presence 2 days a month.
