This role supports the Architecture team for new, relocations, remodels and store roll out programs and assists the architecture team with administrative tasks.

 

****This role is hybrid with 6 days on site (Tues, Wed, Thurs, every other week) at our corporate office in Burlington, NJ****

 

A Day in the Life

 

Oversee dispatching of projects for architectural site surveys logging when projects are sent out and when they are received. Receive and save site surveys and notify teams that surveys have been received. Submit department budget submissions into Lucernex to open project budgets. Submit architectural proposal into Oracle for purchase orders. Track all project purchase orders in project log. Submit design change orders into Lucernex for approvals. Once approved submit the design change into Oracle for purchase order. Track all design change orders in project log. Receive all invoices from architects and verify amounts against purchase order log. Log all received invoices into the project log and submit invoices to accounting for payment. Assist VP in running and reviewing project forecasting projections for monthly reporting to finance team. Running Lucernex and financial reports and follow up on any administrative duties and tasks. Input project documentation into Lucernex systems database

 

 

You Will Come With

 

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or accounting or equivalent work experience2+ years of experience working in a business, finance, or accounting role (invoicing, payables, PO’s) Advanced MS Excel ExperienceMS Office Suite
