Job Description
Our Architecture client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Architectural Project Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will manage a team of 4-5 people on multiple projects, overseeing all phases of work, ensuring technical accuracy, and maintaining strong client relationships.
ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the project in all phases of work.Organize a work plan for each project assignment.Maintain the project schedule.Oversee the internal hourly budget.Coordinate and manage technical and administrative staff assigned to projects.Ensure technical accuracy of documents, specifications, and reports prepared for the project.Manage and coordinate contracted engineers and consultants.Report the status of all aspects of the project to the Principal-in-charge.Keep the client informed of project status.Solve budgetary, constructability, and technical problems on projects.Execute drafting tasks on an as-needed basis.Essential Skills10+ years of architectural experience.Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.Experience with commercial/public works (education) projects.Experience working with clients.Comfortable leading a team.Additional Skills & QualificationsLicensure in architecture is not required but would be a bonus.
