Architectural Project Manager
Job Description: Seeking a Project Professional to join our team in the Maitland office. The Project Professional is responsible for the technical development of construction documents in support of workplace and corporate interiors projects. Duties could also include: + Attend new business presentations + Calculate and track man/hour projections and project fees + Generate contractual agreements + Interface with the client, real estate team, landlord and consultants + Site survey and documentation + Assist in code review, building analysis, and lease review + Prepare consultant RFP's + Generate project budgets and schedules + Technical coordination with the design team + Full construction documentation including technical detailing and specifications + Issue and distribute documentation + Prime client interface during all phases of project + Oversee project production and staffing projections + Final red-line review of construction documents + Overall review of consultants' documents + Manage project finances including budgets, contracts, change orders, additional services. Requests, payment requisitions, fee tracking, invoicing and collections + Attend project meetings as required, and respond to RFI’s and RFP's + Coordinate bidding process, including response to questions, interviews, bid review and analysis + General coordination & management of designated project team + Punchlist inspection, compilation and distribution + Site inspections and layout approvals + Coordinate revisions, bulletins and addenda + Review shop drawings and submittals + Project close-out and sign-off Qualifications: + Must have 5+ years of experience in workplace or corporate interiors projects (Bank experience is a plus) + Must have strong Revit skills and experience developing construction documents About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
