Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead project management on multiple wood frame multi-family projects as well as a 5-story concrete frame and high-rise. This role involves designing and creating construction documents, client calls, reviewing bids and budgets, site visits, design, approvals, permitting, and punch listing.

ResponsibilitiesLead project management for multiple wood frame multi-family projects and a 5-story concrete frame and high-rise.Design and create construction documents.Conduct client calls and meetings.Review bids and budgets.Perform site visits to monitor project progress.Oversee design, approvals, and permitting processes.Manage punch listing and project closeout.Essential Skills6+ years of project management experience.2+ years of experience with Revit (also open to AutoCAD).Experience working on commercial architecture projects.Proficiency in architectural design and construction administration.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with wood frame multi-family projects is preferred.Experience with high-rise and concrete frame projects is beneficial.Work Environment

The office is located in Uptown, with a beautiful setting that is walking distance to many restaurants. The office is about to undergo a full renovation. The team consists of 30 people, and 95% of their business is focused on multi-family projects, predominantly wood-frame. The firm offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00

Full company benefits, PTO, holidays, full in office ability to work hybrid and remote if needed, also offer accrued vacation
