Responsibilities:
-Compile project specs for a range of projects and building types (commercial, multifamily, institutional, and healthcare)
-Compose technical specifications for various project types using SpecLink and Revit
-Edit specifications as needed throughout the project lifecycle
-Provide technical advice in design development, documentation, and construction phases.
-Assist with drawings and product substitution reviews.
-Oversight of quality control of drawing and job specs
-Support functional areas relating to contracts, estimating and design
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
