You will be working in our Client Programs (CP) Market, where you will have the unique opportunity to work on global and national building programs with a focus on project and client leadership through all phases of design and delivery.

Our new Architectural Staff should have experience in production and delivery of contract documents. The emphasis in this role is on gaining expertise and applying knowledge to more complicated projects and/or new responsibilities related to architectural design, technical documentation, and project coordination. Individuals must be detail oriented and highly collaborative. 

What your day will look like:  You will be working in our Client Programs (CP) Market, where you will have the opportunity to design and deliver on various types of large scale commercial projects.

Assist with the production of contract deliverables including field surveys, design drawings, construction documents, exhibits, and specifications. Develop working knowledge of architectural construction documents, constructability, and construction administration  activities. Provide administrative support for project teams, including creating meeting agendas and minutes, updating project trackers, completing permit applications or checklists, maintaining RFI and submittal logs, and generating various types of project reports.Produce accurate and timely work in accordance with weekly workplans and direction given Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

Master’s degree in architecture, design, or related field + 3 years of experience in an architecture/design-related occupation OR  Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of progressive, post baccalaureate experience in an architecture/design-related occupation 3+ years producing architectural design documents 3+ years experience using CAD software AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Vray, Grasshopper, and/or 3DMax3+ years design experience using Adobe Creative Suite3+ years of design research experience 3+ years of drawing file maintenance and management3+ years consultant coordination3+ years Technical architectural detailing3+ years building code research and analysisLarge format retail project experience highly preferred LEED AP certification highly preferred

National Salary Ranges:

Architectural Staff (Level 1): $29.57 / hour - $37.50 / hour, annualizing to $61,000 - $78,000

Please note that this role is an hourly and non-exempt position, and therefore, is eligible for overtime pay.

If position is eligible for remote status, ranges may be adjusted. Acknowledging the time employees typically spend in the role, compensation is dependent on applicable years of experience and skillset.
