This role qualifies for a remote work arrangement within our 7 state footprint (PA, OH, MI, WV, VA, MD, NC). This position offers a base hourly range of $19.73 - $34.62 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance. OVERVIEW Support Brand Store Design team with the preparation of architectural drawings for remodels, refreshes, rebuilds and other store improvement projects. RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned) 1. Produce and coordinate architectural AutoCAD drawings for schematic design development, permit, and bid documentation for construction. 2. Support with shop drawing reviews of building equipment, refrigeration, storefront casement, and casework to ensure dimensional conformance. 3. Assist with the preparation of Addendums and Field Orders. 4. Support in the posting of permitting and construction drawings to the document sharing sites with the construction department for bidding purposes. 5. Assist in the coordination and preparation of support documentation as required for permitting and/or approvals. 6. Print, plot, and bind drawing sets as well as fulfilling print requests. 7. Maintain drawings on the network to include scanning city approved drawings for other departments. 8. Track regional, state, county, and other AHJ design requirements to ensure project compliance. QUALIFICATIONS (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered) Education • Associate’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field required. Experience • Minimum 1 year related experience in an architecture and/or engineering environment, or equivalent experience required.
