Your work environment at EXP
Our firm is seeking a highly skilled (Revit) Architectural Technologist with extensive CAD experience to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, in-office position (North Bay, Ontario) ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for architectural excellence and technological innovation.
What a day at EXP has in store for you
Develop, coordinate, and manage architectural drawings and documentation using Revit and CAD software Collaborate with project teams to create accurate and detailed design solutions Ensure adherence to local building codes, industry standards, and client requirements Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve design and technical challenges Maintain and update project files, libraries, and templates within the BIM environment
What your experience looks like
Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or a related field 3 - 5 years of Revit experience within an architectural firm Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with additional software (e.g., SketchUp, Autodesk Construction Cloud) is an asset High proficiency of MS Office including Word and Excel Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code (OBC) and construction detailing Good communication skills with clients, consultants and officials Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants, and team members OAA certification or eligibility is considered an asset but not required
