About this role
The Director of Architecture is a strategic leadership role at this global architecture firm. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the technical work; ensuring  firmwide QA/QC standards. You will be designing and executing the strategy for the firm's long-term vision of continuous improvement of technical design solutions.

You will be a practicing architect, a lover of detail. You must have extensive experience in detailing, document production, and the coordination and integration of building systems. You will be constantly asking the question of how the firm can be more technically advanced.

Experience A registered Architect 15+ years' experience in large firms Experience across large-scale complex projects In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations A Construction Administration expert Great understanding of Revit, Sketchup, Rhino, Grasshopper, Navisworks, ProCore, Enscape Team management Previous role as a Technical DirectorWhat you'll be doing The go-to person for establishing technical excellence in design Chairing the firm's technical council Managing the market sector leads Firmwide QA/QC Materials research and fabrication Oversight of firm's technical resources Representing the firm at national and international conferences
