Growing together.** **Primary Responsibilities:** + Collaborate with product owners and product managers to understand and document business requirements + Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to define business objectives and system requirements + Translate business needs into functional specifications and system design plans that align with the enterprise's architectural strategies + Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of the proposed solutions + Provide project management support by contributing to project plans, including outlining scope, timeline, resources, and risk assessments + Ensure the solution meets business requirements and adheres to quality standards during the functional testing phase + Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of functional solutions, including use cases, data flow diagrams, and system specifications + Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field + Proven experience in functional analysis and business process modelling + Proven ability to design complex solutions within an enterprise architecture framework + Proven solid communication skills, with an emphasis on the ability to discuss technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders + Proven leadership qualities that inspire team adherence to best practices in solution design and delivery + Proven exceptional analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills **Preferred Qualifications:** + Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) and Solution Architecture (e.g., TOGAF) + Experience working with cross-functional teams and facilitating collaborative decision-making + In-depth knowledge of business process management, workflow automation, and system integration + Proven solid documentation skills and proficiency in creating detailed functional design documents _At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
