Architecture Project Specialist
Responsibilities + Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate architectural projects from initial design through to completion + Design Development: Assist in developing designs and design documents during the schematic design and design development phases + Documentation: Produce and manage construction documents and specifications + Quality Assurance: Perform and document code reviews and analysis to ensure compliance with building codes and standards + Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met + Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, designers, and other team members to ensure project goals are achieved + Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure projects are constructed according to design plans Requirements + Experience: At least 3 years of experience in architectural project management + Education: A degree in architecture or a related field + Technical Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools + Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in design and documentation + Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders + Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about architecture and project management. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $28.85/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
