The job profile for this position is Architecture Senior Advisor, which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services, Inc.
Responsibilities-
+ Provides counsel and advice to top management on significant Technical Strategy & Architecture matters, often requiring coordination between organizations. Undertakes and leads the most complex architecture projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge.
+ Makes well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous IT architecture issues.
+ Coordinates with users and business leaders to determine requirements.
+ Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.
+ Anticipates internal and/or external business challenges.
+ Recommends process, product, or service improvements.
+ Solves unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. Leads project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
+ Monitors project schedules and costs.
+ Focuses on providing thought leadership and technical expertise across multiple disciplines.
+ Recognized internally as “the go-to person” for the most complex Architecture assignments. Partial virtual/work from home benefit available.
Qualifications-
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field and 5 years of IT experience (or a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related field and 3 years of IT experience). Must have experience with: modern architecture including Cloud, Microservices, Event Systems, and CICD; software development in the healthcare industry; Pega; Python; GIT; Glue; Lambda; EKS; SQS; SNS; S3; MYSQL; Postgres; RDS; REST; Postman; Dynatrace; and ServiceNow.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
