**The position** As an integral member of our delivery team, the Senior System Lead is responsible for the analysis, design, fulfillment and support of mission critical enterprise Archiving solutions. Working with cross-functional teams, you will be required to gather, document, and fulfill orders for archiving projects, as well as use tools to migrate data and support Archiving solutions to meet business needs. Using your skills and experience as an Senior System Lead, you will mainly focus on fulfillment of archiving orders, create associated documentation, and support the Archiving solutions in place as assigned. **Tasks and responsabilities** + Business analysis to gather archiving requirements and translate into specifications used to migrate data into Boehringer Ingelheim’s Archiving solutions. + Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of enterprise Archive environments. + Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers. + Design and implement technology best practices, guidelines and repeatable processes. + Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision. **Requirements** + Experience working with rendering and capture technologies like Adlib and OpenText Captiva Capture or similar applications. + Min. 2 years’ experience administering, supporting and upgrading of an enterprise applications. + Three or more years of archiving or content management experience. + Experience with administering and supporting solutions like CARA, Documentum or Veeva Vault. + Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server or Postgres. + Scripting or automation skills and know-how. + Excellent spoken and written English. + Communication skills.
